Help : Monitor : Events

The table lists the last 100 events. Threshold events are generated when interface statistics violate thresholds set for them (see Server:Configure to see how to set thresholds).

Each event has the following attributes:

Status, the status box indicates the severity of the event ( Inform, Warn, Severe). Click on the box to view additional information associated with the event (for example a  real-time traffic view showing statistics associated with a threshold violation).
Time, the time when the event occurred.
Type, the type of event (e.g.threshold, status etc).
Name, the name of the specific event (e.g. for threshold events: frames, bytes etc.).
Value, a value associated with the event (e.g. up, down etc.)
Address, IP address associated with the event. (e.g. the IP address of a switch that is down).
Interface, ifIndex associated with the event (e.g. the ifIndex of an interface exceeding a threshold).
Comment, additional information associated with the event.
