RRDTool is an open source graphing and logging utility for time series data. Additional information on RRDTool can be found at: http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/rrdtool/

Integration with RRDTool is provided in a number of ways:

1. Automatic logging of interface traffic data into RRDTool can be specified when configuring Traffic Server.
2. A graphical index of all the interfaces being monitored with RRDTool is available through the Routing>Traffic menu.
3. If an interface is being monitored using RRDTool, then a link is provides to RRDTool charts from that interface's Statistics Chart page.
4. An interface's RRDTool charts can be accessed directly using the RRD query.

Note: RRDTool functions are only accessible if RRDTool logging has been enabled in the Traffic Server configuration file.
