Not seen this documented anywhere but it appears to work:
When specifying a source/destination address with a mask, the mask is a
bitmask, not a subnet mask. This means you can use non-contiguous masks
like:
destinationAddress=10.2.0.255/255.255.0.255
will match directed broadcasts in any subnets of the 10.2.0.0 network.
Masks can also be applied to MAC addresses:
destinationAddress=0x000785000000/0xffffff000000
will match the OUI 0x000785
