mailing list loop

Apologies to everyone.

We have been having a problems recently with infected mail attachments
getting onto the list. I am trying configure sendmail/majordomo to strip
mime/attachments from messages before they are sent to the list.
Unfortunately a test message that wasn't meant to get to the list ended up
creating a loop.
