sFlowtool 3.3 for Windows - forwarding parameter

I noticed with sFlowtool 3.6 for Linux, there is a handy parameter that
allows you to forward sFlow datagrams to one or more collectors. The Windows
version however (version 3.3), does not seem to have this functionality
(whenever a parameter is entered other than p or t, it causes the
application to crash in XP).

If this feature is not available in the Windows platform, can someone
recommend a Windows-based tool that can receive packets and forward them to
multiple destinations/ports in their original format?
