Where is the docs for sflow version 2, NOT 4, 5?

Does sflow monitor both ingress and egress?
I got confused with flow sample's input interface
and output interface in version 2. And also the
sysuptime field looks unreasonable.
I am new to sflow. Appreciate helps.
