We will shortly be releasing InMon Traffic Sentinel. Traffic Sentinel will
be the replacement software for Traffic Server 4.0 and addresses many of the
enhancement requests that we have received. You will find a summary of the
new features at http://www.inmon.com/support/sentinel_release.php. There is
also a demonstration Traffic Sentinel running at http://preview.inmon.com.
The upgrade from Traffic Server 4.0 to Traffic Sentinel is included in the
annual maintenance.
Since there are significant differences between Traffic Server and Traffic
Sentinel, we recommend one of the migration strategies outlines at
http://www.inmon.com/support/sentinel_migration.php
If you would like to participate in the beta test program, please send an
email to support@inmon.com including the hostname of the server that you
would like to run the software on. We will then send you Traffic Sentinel
download instructions and a new activation key.
